This attractive industrial loft accommodation from 1899 is tastefully decorated by Casey Godrie with design furniture from his vintage interior gallery Bebob Amsterdam and is super centrally located, amid terraces and historical highlights of Breda. The private loft is on the 2nd floor with a large living room with a beautiful view of the cathedral, an open kitchen, private bathroom and a sleeping area on an open loft. The space
Super centrally located industrial attractive loft accommodation from 1897 with lots of authentic wood and stone and an open architecture and everything recently restored and/or renewed, such as the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, an open kitchen with 2 separate induction hobs and a small oven, a separate sleeping area on an open loft with a double bed (200 x 140 cm) and in the living room two double sofa beds: one in the living area (195 cm x 135 cm) and one opposite the bathroom and 2 (foldable) mattresses. The beautiful wooden beams of the roof construction were left visible during the restoration and renovation of this loft. The loft is located on the second (and top) floor, at the rear, with a beautiful view of the Grote Kerk on the nearby Grote Markt, in a historic stepped gable building from 1897, the ground floor of which is used by café Dok 19 , a leading café with a (heated) terrace, located on the water with lots of sun in the afternoon.
Pigeons live in the old center, which are also regularly heard in the building. The cooing and banging of the nearby large church tower are part of the city sounds, in addition to the sound of the terrace and music, sometimes live music, in the nearby area. The basic sleeping place, the double bed, is located on the mezzanine, where you will find your sleeping place, super romantic, in a kind of wooden tent, under the tiled roof insulated from the outside. Of course, this means that you hear the outside sounds of the environment more than in the plastered living room and kitchen, etc.
