Please note the house does not have blind coverings on all windows in the house. There are partial blind coverings in the bedrooms and no blinds in the living areas, due to the house design with ample windows to take in the breath taking views surrounding the property, some windows were complex to cover in all the bedrooms.

Please note there is limited phone reception on the property, however there is high speed wifi connection to keep you in touch with the outer world, if you choose.

Please note the house is architecturally designed and built of rock formation. The inside of the house has exposed rock, as per its special design and build.

The rock formation in wet conditions may cause some dampness and minor water seeping which has a drainage system that will let the water escape.

Please note due to the nature of the property and bush surroundings, some wild life sightings around the property are possible which are beyond our control such as possums, snakes, lizards etc. Please be extra mindful leaving any doors opened so pests do not enter the house. We regularly do pest control treatment at the property to try and avoid such instances, however if not careful and leaving doors opened, pests may enter the property.
