**THE PROPERTY AND STYLE**
La Terrazza sul Bosco is a comfortable 45 SQM OPEN SPACE apartment, designed for TWO PEOPLE.
It is located on the first and top floor of an Alpine house, in a tiny hamlet of only seven houses, nestled in lush greenery and woodland, with COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT access (reached via a 12-step staircase).
The furniture style is unique: a mix of antique family furniture, modern pieces, and items handcrafted by our company, NATURAS.
A photovoltaic system on the roof produces clean energy and powers the entire structure.
**YOUR ROOFTOP TERRACE AND STONE MINI TUB**
The distinguishing feature is the LARGE ROOFTOP TERRACE, very INTIMATE AND PRIVATE, with exclusive views of the greenery and the woods.
The STONE MINI TUB for two people is available on the terrace.
TUB LOGISTICS: The tub is FILLED AND EMPTIED BY THE GUESTS according to their needs.
TEMPERATURE FLEXIBILITY: The water temperature is easily adjustable, and there are no additional costs for use.
In summer, you can keep it just lukewarm to refresh yourself while sunbathing (solarium with comfortable deck chairs).
In other seasons, you can heat it UP TO 45°C. Even in deep winter, it will be a pleasure to enjoy an unusual steaming outdoor bath!
The tub is in a COVERED position, so you can still use it in case of rain or snow for a truly romantic atmosphere.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A mist shower for cooling off, a covered seating area for dining or enjoying breakfast outdoors, and a brazier (with initial bioethanol supply included; subsequent refills €6 each) for a magical atmosphere under the stars.
**ESSENTIAL INDOOR AMENITIES**
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer cell, and microwave. You will find a complimentary supply for the first two days of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, and vinegar.
BATH & BED: Large bathroom with shower, double bedroom. Bed linen and towels included. For WEEKLY STAYS (7 nights), a linen change halfway through the period is included.
COMFORT: Cable TV in the room with tivùsat system, FREE WIFI, heating, air conditioning, and mosquito nets.
LAUNDRY: A washing machine is available in a dedicated room a few steps away, with a portable outdoor drying rack. A DRYER is also available for use (paid service).
PARKING: FREE Street parking is available nearby (50 mt).
**OPTIONAL EXTRAS (TO BE PAID ON SITE)**
BREAKFAST: Sweet and savory breakfast (genuine, organic, and local products) can be requested, delivered in two large picnic baskets hung outside your entrance door every morning.
BREAKFAST COST: €18 per day for one person; €26 for two people. Breakfast is an optional extra, payable on-site when you arrive.
ELECTRIC CARS: Charging station for electric cars (paid service).

The apartment offers a perfect balance: mountain tranquility at 700 m, but strategically positioned for various regional experiences, all less than an hour's drive away:
• NATURE, HIKING AND BIKING: Start walking/hiking or biking directly from the apartment. You are near the beautiful RISERVA NATURALE DEI CICIU DEL VILLAR (famous for its unique rock formations, or "pyramids of earth," linked to a local legend). The area is rich in fascinating and authentic Alpine and Occitan villages, such as RORE, TORRETTE, or CHIANALE, classified among the most beautiful villages in Italy.
• ALPINE CHALLENGES: Tackle the Colle dell'Agnello (2,748 m) - the second highest paved road pass in Italy and a legendary stage of the Giro d'Italia - or drive further to visit Saint-Véran, the highest year-round inhabited municipality in Europe!
• WINTER FUN: In winter, we are strategically positioned for cross-country skiing (Valmala), magnificent snowshoeing, and ski mountaineering (ski alp). Small, authentic ski resorts with fantastic views of the Alps are also nearby.
• WINE AND FOOD: The surrounding area offers exceptional local cuisine at excellent prices, including the famous regional dish, Ravioles della Valle Varaita (gnocchi made with local cheese, served with butter and cheese). The area is also renowned for its MUSHROOMS AND CHESTNUTS. For wine lovers, the famous LANGHE area is nearby for wine tastings and the White Truffle of Alba experience (in autumn).

We are located just 2 km from the village of Rossana (CN), in a tiny hamlet of only seven houses, nestled in lush greenery and woodland. You can easily reach us via a paved hillside road, which includes a short uphill stretch with a couple of hairpins. Only the final 200 meters are on a well-maintained, flat gravel road.
Parking: Free outdoor parking is available adjacent to the property (50 meters away).
Access: Private independent entrance.
Independence: No curfew; you are free to come and go at any time.
Your Private Oasis
The apartment, the large terrace, and the mini-pool are exclusively yours. There are no shared spaces or communal moments with other guests. As your hosts, we live about 100 meters away and are available whenever you need us, while fully respecting your privacy.
Upon arrival, we will welcome you personally and provide all the information you need to enjoy your private spaces in complete autonomy.
Self Check-in: If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, we will send you detailed instructions for self-check-in. We will then meet the following day at reception to register your ID documents.

We source our raw materials (broken branches and roots) from the valley's woods, letting the wood's inherent characteristics—its **shape, colour, and subtle energy**—guide us. This process brings the wood back to a new life. Our Naturas creations are one-of-a-kind pieces, entirely handcrafted and often personalized.
**Unique Workshop Opportunity: Craft Your Personal Souvenir**
During your stay, you have the option to design and create your own unique, personalized wooden jewel with your own hands. This experience connects you directly to the wood's energy.
**Together, we will choose the tree whose subtle energy best represents you**, observe the characteristics that most fascinate you, and design the shape. With the help of our workshop machinery, you will create a personal wooden jewel to take home as a memorable, deeply personal souvenir of your vacation.
