Enjoy the large open kitchen, featuring all new appliances & quartz countertops. The adjacent living room features an adjustable fireplace heater for when you want to curl up on the couch, and wall mounted HD flat screen smart tv when books don't work. And with a large tiled shower and cozy queen bed, you're in beachside bliss!

The space
This brand new renovated unit is a great spot to hangout with your partner and friends. With vaulted ceilings and stylish decor, this rental has it all!

Featuring a large kitchen island with barstool seating and plenty of cooking supplies. The medium size fridge will hold all you need for your getaway.

The wall mounted smart TV and electric fireplace in the living room provide the perfect ambiance for time spent lounging. Meanwhile, the comfortable couch and chaise converts out into a bed. .

The bedroom features a modern floating queen wooden bed and plenty of closet storage space. A portable electric heater is also provided.

The bathroom has beautiful new tiling, showcased by a spacious and luxurious stand up shower with on demand hot water.

**This rental shares a courtyard with Schooners restaurant. Schooners provides lively beachfront dining, one of several great spots to eat or grab a drink in town. Meanwhile, stylish shades and black out curtains ensure your privacy and peace of mind.

**On summer weekends, Schooners often provides free live music in the courtyard area. In the offseason and on most weekdays, you'd hardly notice that you're in the middle of town. In the middle of summer, or holiday weekends, you're at the center of the action!

Other things to note
Be aware, since you are in the heart of downtown, you may be subject to the noise and fun of the goings-on.

During the summer months, our restaurant next door features live music on Saturday and Sundays. These shows are free to our guests - and to you too! - and can sometimes bring in a decent crowd. The music is always done by 8pm, so it shouldn't interfere with your sleeping hours.
