This charming, single-level home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, offering both comfort and convenience for your stay. The large backyard is ideal for outdoor dining and entertainment, featuring a fire pit, BBQ grill, lounge seating, and an egg chair. We’ve also included thoughtful amenities for kids, including a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, board games, and toys.

-2nd bedroom features 3 twin-sized beds (1 bed, 1 trundle) and kids’ toys
-Master bedroom includes a Pack ‘n Play and foldable high chair
-For guests traveling with little ones, we offer an optional Pack ’n Play setup service for $25. If you’d like it prepared before your arrival, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.
-The bedroom 1 setup includes a trundle that converts to a double-sized sleeping surface when extended.

-PRIMARY GUEST REQUIREMENT – The person booking must be the one staying at the property. No third-party bookings allowed.
-BOOKING ELIGIBILITY – At least one recommended host review is required for booking approval.
-CANCELLATION POLICY – Please review before booking. Airbnb strictly enforces this policy.

-The backyard shares a fence with neighbors on 2 sides and is near a freeway. While we haven't had any issues, there may be occasional sound.
