Restored victorian farmhouse with modern amenities located in the center of historic downtown Fair Grove will leave you with an unforgettable experience. Enjoy small town living as the house sits behind the local coffee shop and several unique boutiques and restaurants. The beautiful and spacious yard features a fire pit and is perfect for S’mores or you can enjoy sunset dining on the beautiful patio.

The space
The main level boasts a one of a kind kitchen with separate dining and ample space for entertaining, a large living room with 10 foot velvet sofa and tons of other seating. The fully remodeled downstairs bathroom features a glass shower and claw foot tub. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms. The master has vaulted ceilings, king size bed, and gorgeous en suite bathroom featuring granite makeup vanity with LED mirrors, double sinks and claw foot tub with hand sprayer and gorgeous tile. The master closet hosts the stackable washer and dryer for the house. Two other unique bedrooms upstairs feature king size beds and the fourth bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle and sitting area with dormer windows.

There are no pets allowed at this listing. All guests who will stay the night, regardless of length of stay, must be listed on reservation with no exceptions. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for your safety.
