We hope you will enjoy our fully renovated historic home! Originally built in the 1920's to be used by the local fire brigade, the home is oozing with character. We are within walking distance of downtown Clarksville, F&M Bank Arena, and Austin Peay State University!

The space
We hope you will enjoy our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in downtown Clarksville. There are three bedrooms, including the primary located on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom upstairs has two bunk beds, each with a single bed. Additionally on the second floor there is a second full bathroom with a tub/ shower. When you first reach the second floor you will find yourself in a small living space with a TV and futon. The futon folds out into a full size mattress.
On the first floor you will find the fourth bedroom just off the kitchen. We have placed a nice sized desk in this bedroom for those in need of a dedicated workspace. The room has a daybed and trundle, each with a twin memory foam mattress.
Please enjoy the beautiful spacious kitchen! The kitchen comes equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with drip and k-cup options, and most of the basic kitchen cookware you could need. If your not too busy enjoying the kitchen, there is a very cozy living room also on the first floor. The living room has a large sectional that also has a pull out bed for additional sleeping options.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch and utilize the smoker.
For parking, we recommend the driveway in the back of the house. Please note, if you enter through the backside of the home, there is a small set of stairs you will have to climb. Additional parking can be found in a driveway on the side of the home, as well as street parking on the front and side of the home. There is a ramp leading to the front door of the home if needed as well.

Guest access
You will have access to our entire home except for two closets we keep stocked for our cleaning crew. We ask that you please not go through the closets without asking.

There is a driveway on the backside of the house that you are welcome to use during your stay. The driveway comfortably fits two vehicles. There is additional parking on the side of the home as well as street parking on the front and side.

Other things to note
→ Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 11 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we do suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ Please note before booking there is potential for noise as the home does neighbor the local fire department. We have provided each bedroom with a sound machine to help drown out any potential noise. We have not had any trouble, but we do want our guests to be comfortable. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
→ Dog Friendly! We love being able to travel with our pups and wanted to give folks the option to bring their canine companions with them. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along with you so we can notify our cleaners. We have provided waste bags and ask that you please clean up after your pups. If your dog is not potty-trained, you do need to have the dog crated if leaving the pooch at the home unattended. Please note there is a $50 pet fee.
