IMPORTANT : There are 2 roads to commute from the house to Samara where the restaurants and shops are : one which requires to cross a river (4x4 required) and takes about 15 min, the other one which goes around the river but takes 25 min.

The space
Located on top of a hill about 120ft (40m) above sea level, the property stretches on a lot of over 2.5acres (1 hectare) and features a 180 degree uncrowded sea view and the sound of the crashing waves when the winds turn onshore during the day.

The swimming pool has an over-flow along its length (50ft = 16m) and allows you to fully enjoy the view while surrounded by the lush vegetation.

It is most likely that during your stay animals like howler monkeys, different kinds of tropical birds, will pass by the property and sometimes hang out in the nearby trees of the property.

The house and its terraces cover about 310sq yds (260m2) and offers a parking space connected the house by a small path.

Guests can enjoy the south terrace facing the ocean & the jungle, the little "rancho" in the garden, the multiple hammocks hanging or the Balinese hut by the pool

The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each one with its own shower, toilet and 2 sinks) along with 1 big kitchen opening towards a office/library space making it ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with 2 children but you will also find an extra mattress to accommodate an extra guest.

5 beautiful beaches are located close by and accessible by car or bike :
- Barigona beach at about 10 min by car and 20 min by bike
- Barco Quebrado beach about 15 min by car and 30 min by bike
- Buena Vista beach 5 min by car and 10 min by bike
- Samara beach 10 min by car (river crossing) and 20 min by bike
- Carillo beach 20 min by car and 45 min by bike.

The gardener comes on Mondays and Wednesdays to clean the property every morning which includes the swimming pool and the access path.

Other things to note
It is recommended to have a 4x4 as the shortest way to Samara (15 min instead of 25 min using the regular road) is through a river crossing for which it is better to have a 4x4.

The area of Samara is still developing. It can happen at times that the electric power goes out for up to 1 hour whenever the electric company implements upgrades. Same goes for the Public Water and Internet.
