You will enjoy our suites located in the historic Founders Crossing property. Convenience at its best, this property houses three new apartments on the second floor of a huge artisan and antique marketplace. Your reservation is for the one apartment shown. Enjoy our downtown restaurants, theater, specialty shops, brewery or many other stores in this quaint downtown. Many local activities throughout the year including skiing, boating,biking, hiking, tours, events and festivals
The space
This efficiency apartment is one large room housing a Queen bed, sitting area and kitchenette. There is a desk area in the hall leading to the large private bathroom. If you would like additional space we have a additional rooms for rent. All apartments are off a central hallway and are all private spaces.
Guest access
You have access to your private efficiency apartment. There is a total of three apartments on the premises. All units are on our second floor over our retail store. Street access is digital entry with auto locks and surveillance cameras in the entry halls. Our location is extremely safe and well maintained.
Other things to note
If you are a shopper, this is the ultimate experience. We offer great shopping and great accommodations. Book ahead to get a room for one of our yearly downtown events including the Fall festival, Wine tasting walk, Chocolate walk, and downtown concerts.
Parking is usually readily available in front of our building from 5 pm- 10 am. During the day when stores are open we suggest to park one block back on S. Thomas street next to Bedford Candies. Of course you will need to stop in their shop and treat yourself to their famous chocolates and gourmet popcorn.

Welcome to our place. My name is Sharon and I was born and raised in central PA. In 1992 I bought this property and opened Founders Crossing. My husband Erich and I opened up the Airbnb portion just 2 years ago. We enjoy meeting and hosting guests from all over the country and and exploring new places ourselves. You may catch us on site, if not we are probably down south or out camping somewhere. ☺️
