We try to provide all the equipment and amenities that we consider necessary to give you a real vacation:
Bath towels, face towels, sheets, shower gel, soap or hand gel, toilet paper, hairdryer, kitchen paper, knives and utensils for preparing food, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs and bowls.
We want to simplify your day-to-day life by making it possible for you to cook your own meals, so we have: an oven, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a juicer, a hand blender and condiments.
There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothesline, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan, bucket and mop.
For the little ones we have a portable crib and a high chair for babies.
NOTE: The apartment has a partial view of the bay of Lagos. It does not have a view of the beach.
Guest access
Guests will receive directions and codes for check-in after filling in and confirming their details. After check-in, they will be asked to fill in a document online within 24 hours stating the cleaning and preparation conditions of the apartment.
Other things to note
The condominium has 24-hour security. The house is equipped with a smoke alarm, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
We ask our guests to make conscious use of natural resources. Small gestures such as separating garbage, avoiding wasting water, not leaving equipment and lighting on can make a big difference to the environment and future generations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
From October 2024, our guests will no longer have free access to the swimming pools.
The complex has a swimming pool that was recently purchased by a private company. The pool is in a very poor state of disrepair and has not received the necessary maintenance. For this reason, because of frequent customer complaints and because the apartment insurance may not cover expenses in the event of an accident, Casa da Tartaruga has decided not to renew the contract with this company after the summer of 2024. Any access to the pool by our guests is at their own risk and under the conditions stipulated by the company. Casa da Tartaruga cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident or inability to use the pool. Guest reviews should not take into account the condition of the pool, any relationship with the company or the employees who operate it.
Price reduced from October to April each year, due to the possibility of future works on neighboring units within the building. Although there is no guarantee that the work will take place, we want to inform potential tenants that there may be some noise if the work does take place. This situation is already reflected in the lower rate, giving you the opportunity to save money that can be used for other needs, such as buying travel insurance.
Please note that this reduced price is available during the specified months, as this is the period when authorized works can take place at the Iberlagos residential complex. This apartment is particularly suitable for those who plan to spend their days exploring Lagos and its surroundings, as the possibility of noise will be less of an impact if they are out during the day.
