Heated pool and built-in spa will close on Saturday November 1, 2025 and will reopen in May of 2026. Exact date TBD.

The space
The Hayworth brings the best of the city, the country, and the beach together! We are old home renovated to be new that gets better every year with upgrades and renovations. We are often called the unicorn of Asbury Park because of our open floor plan, and our hidden Oasis! The yard is complete with a heated salt water pool and game court.

There are no cribs etc., but there is one high chair, nor are there safety gates for the stairs or doors leading outside. The pool does not have a gate and there is not a safety alarm warning. If your child cannot swim we suggest not renting as we will not be responsible for any injury or accident and guests agree to hold homeowner harmless in the event of an incident or accident.
