The space
Guests have the entire accommodation for exclusive use: a spacious and bright 125-square-meter apartment in the Superior category with all amenities, on the second floor with elevator of an elegant 1998 condominium, and with a large garage for your car connected directly with the elevator.
The apartment is located in an elegant and quiet residential neighborhood, in a safe and quiet neighborhood a few minutes' walk from the city center with restaurants, shops, historic center with monuments and museums, buses, funicular to Città Alta, public transport, station, highway, airport, hospital, gardens, ice skating and public swimming pool.

Only in the living room will you find a portable air conditioner, which, however, requires manual drainage of the water on the terrace every few days. Ask the Host for instructions for use.

The registrant, group leader or head of household is responsible for the actions of their guests and for minors, and for any problem, damage, breakage, lack or removal of any object. Any damages must be reimbursed immediately.

Under Italian law, all guests must register their details and send photos of their documents before Check-In: Identity Card for EU (European Union) or Passport for non-EU. A driver's license is not considered a valid document for registration.

Guests will receive via email (from our automatic Vikey service) a registration form to be easily filled out online; in case of difficulty, contact the Host who will help you register. Under Italian law, without registration, customers will not be allowed to enter the house.

The apartment has independent heating for the winter, with an easy-to-adjust thermostat in the living room. In winter, the Municipality of Bergamo may indicate limits on the dates of ignition, usually from mid-October to mid-April.
