My spacious central Gyumri house has every single detail you need for your trip, crafted & recreated with care & affection. 1st level of this 2-story home with desperate entrance has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds for up to 7 guests. You'll find a unique bar, wine & game room at the basement..Besides indoor conveniences, there is an outdoor kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a veranda off the garage, bbq area in the backyard. Everything in the home is crafted by the owners with care & with the comfort of guests in mind.

Kotun is a unique place located in the central but very quiet area, which makes your stay comfortable and peaceful.

Guest access
Guests can access the ground floor where we have a bar and game room, a real chill area. The summer kitchen on the premises of the house is also at our guests' disposal with BBQ amenities.
Another location that guests can access is the veranda, an open air bar and chill area. Guests can rent out electro scooters for an amazing ride in the city or for a ride to the nearby tourist attractions.
