Great location and very nice hosts. Would stay here again for sure. The beds are extremely comfortable too!
This charming place with welcoming hosts is in a quiet neighborhood walkable to most areas attractive for visitors - the harbor, Parliament, the excellent museum, plenty of restaurants. It is only a few blocks to the buses that go back to Swartz Bay Ferry. The breakfast provided choices and was very good and served in a lovely room. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom was extremely clean. We hope to return next year. Judy
Dan and Naoko are very warm and welcoming hosts. The room is nice and clean. The location is perfect, very near to Inner Harbour and Old Town. Breakfast was tasty.
My extended stay of 13 days was much different from my past experiences with AirB&B of one or two nights, also, this time , regrettably, I was alone. From reservation, to check in, to the accommodations, all went very well, and as expected. Dan and Naoko are pleasant hosts, always ready to assist a guest in making our stay as pleasant as possible. Both are very knowledgeable and conversant about history and geography of the area, and were very helpful in providing local information and suggestions as to what to see and do.
An excellent breakfast was served daily.
Without hesitation I would readily recommend this B&B to friends and family.
Dan and Naoko were wonderful hosts and the location is great for accessing transportation and visiting sights in Victoria.
We had a wonderful time staying at the Carriage House. We enjoyed our chats with Dan & Naoko and getting to know them. Each morning we had a nice breakfast with other interesting travelers and Dan always makes sure you start the day with a full stomach. We like attending local music venues and Dan recommended local places to hear jazz and other music.
