Spacious living room, built in office, separate eat in dining area & large breakfast bar. Master bedroom w/ King Pottery Barn bed & half bath en-suite. Large European style kitchen; drink fridge, new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Roku TVs.

The space
This is a great space for relaxing and family to get together. The backyard is fully fenced in, super private and picturesque with a year round heated salt water pool surrounded by a large deck. You are welcomed into the living room with modern decor and an office nook with a fun SRQ mural. Plenty of seating in the living room for the whole family! The dining room and kitchen are spacious with a large dining table and a full breakfast bar seating area/chefs kitchen. Small touches like a beverage fridge under the kitchen counter and plastic reusable plates set the mood for enjoying the outdoor area.

Sleeping breakdown:

Master Bedroom : En-suite half bathroom with spa like rock sink and teak design, king size pottery barn bed, full size dresser, new 45 inch ROKU tv, full size closet with hangers

Second Bedroom : 2 twin XL beds, full size dresser, full size closet with hangers and 45 inch tv ROKU tv.

Full Size Bathroom : Oversized walk in shower, handmade floating cabinet and stylish tile.

Living Room:
The couch converts into a Queen size bed, there are velvet curtains to provide privacy but it is in the living room.

Full size laundry room with washer and dryer for your use with one locked owners closet.

Location: Centrally located 1 mile to downtown, 6 miles to Saint Armand’s /Lido Key Beach, 5 miles to famous Siesta Key Beach/Siesta Village and 1.8 miles to PineCraft Village. Conveniently close to all downtown (1 mile) has to offer including tons of restaurants, movie theaters, art, boutique, opera house and Marina Jacks pier. Hop on the legacy trail to explore the city or get to Publix (grocery store)in a couple of minutes.
Super close to Payne Park for the kids! A 20 acre park with a kids playground, splash area, tennis courts, skate park, tons of picnic areas and walking paths.

The entire house and fully fenced in backyard is yours. Easily park 3-4 cars in the driveway and enjoy fully privacy with the 6 foot fence surrounding the entire property.

There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel, coffee pods and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed.

Other things to note
We start you off with a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is usually enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.
