This is a coastal town house with uninterrupted view of Waterford Harbour located in the quite village of Arthurstown in South West Wexford on the Hook peninsula, yet only a few kilometers from Waterford City via the Passage East ferry.
Ideal touring base for the whole of the south and East of Ireland. Modern
well heated and airy town house with wood burning stove where you can relax and go for long or short walks taking in the great views and pubs and restaurants for which this area is famous for
Take it easy or be adventurous from walking to Whale watching or Kite surfing Arthurstown and the Hook Peninsula has it all Local cuisine The Hollow Pub ( great Fish daily), Dunbrody House Hotel, Campile Duncannon all have places to eat out.Ramsgrange has a very good supermarket.Deep sea and shore angling is all nearby There is 4 golf courses within 20 Kms.Historic sites like Dunbrody and Tintern abbeys along with JFK Park all within a few minutes drive.Waterford City is a 15 minute drive via the local ferry (Passage East). Fresh fish can be purchased locally in the village most days. The stay with Jim was great . The house is very nice, spacious and very well appointed in a very quiet and a great location . The view of the bay was terrific . Everything was related lovingly and nice gemacht.Die communication . On arrival was good . Thank you Jim . We can only recommend the house . We have just installed a wood burning stove (late February 2015). it is great addition and makes the place very cosy on those chilly evenings

The walks the views the fun and craic in the evenings in the very unique pubs and restaurants of which there are many in this area.
Walk 10 minutes to the pub in the grounds of Dunbrody Country House great food with real ales and craft beers. Brewery on the grounds as well ! Music every Friday Saturday and Sunday all year round and open every day in the summer
Bus service to New Ross and Waterford ferry to Waterford.
Ideally you will need your own transport to really enjoy this part of the world

This place heats up very well so good spot anytime of the year.
Local fuel merchant in the village will deliver.
local store in Ramsgrange 2kms away will also deliver groceries.
Centra also has great butcher.
Fresh fish on sale all year round in the village.
Departure is 11AM sharp and arrival is after 3 PM
Respect the area leave house as you found it.
