The space
This 2-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf Shores condo was set up with family beach trips in mind — easy mornings, sandy afternoons, pool breaks, simple meals, and a comfortable place to land at the end of the day.
You’ll be just a short walk from the private beach access directly across the street, with two pools on property and the beach gear already waiting for you. Guests often tell us the wagon, chairs, toys, boogie boards, and beach towels make a huge difference, especially when traveling with kids.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is where everyone can settle in after a beach or pool day.
There’s a large sectional with a pull-out sofa, a 58” Roku TV, games, books, and puzzles for slower evenings or rainy-day downtime. The open layout connects the living room to the kitchen, so you can keep an eye on the kids while making breakfast, snacks, or coffee.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is stocked for real-life family travel — not just reheating leftovers.
You’ll have granite counters, stainless appliances, cookware, utensils, kid-friendly dishes, a Keurig coffee bar, blender, air fryer, crock pot, griddle, and plenty of basics to make meals easier.
The dining table seats 6, with additional breakfast bar seating, so there’s room for family meals, snacks, games, or planning the next beach day.
And because beach trips always come with sandy towels and wet swimsuits, the in-unit washer and dryer help keep everything moving.
BEDROOMS
Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom has a king bed, 52” Roku TV, workspace, closet, dresser, and ceiling fan.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a full bed, Roku TV with pool views, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. A pack n play is located in the closet of the 2nd bedroom but you will need to bring sheets for this.
This setup works especially well for families who want the kids to have their own sleep space while still keeping everyone close.
BATHROOM
The condo has one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, updated vanity, hair dryer, and beach towels provided.
The tub/shower setup is especially helpful for rinsing sandy kids after the beach or pool.
PRIVATE BALCONY
The private balcony overlooks the pool with a peek of the Gulf.
It’s a great spot for morning coffee, watching the kids enjoy the pool, winding down after the beach, or grabbing five quiet minutes while everyone else gets ready.
STARTER SUPPLIES
We want your arrival to feel easy, so we stock the condo with a starter pack of everyday essentials.
You’ll have the basics waiting for you, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, K-Cups, and basic cleaning supplies.
These supplies are intended to get you through the first day or two of your stay. Depending on the length of your trip, the size of your group, or how much you cook and do laundry, you may need to purchase additional items.
The good news: Pier 33 is less than a block away on West Beach, and larger grocery stores are just a short drive from the condo.
POOLS & OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The property has two freshwater pools — a family pool and an adult-only pool — giving you an easy option when the kids want “just a little more swim time” after the beach. A private beach just for our HOA just across the street. Two charcoal grills on property and parking for one vehicle.
GOOD TO KNOW
The condo is on the second floor with one flight of stairs and no elevator.
A rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.
No third-party bookings — whoever books must be present for the stay.
No pets allowed per our HOA.
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season.
Our building has completed its balcony and walkway updates, and the complex is finishing final improvements in phases through June 2026.
Pools remain open, and beach access is available. Work may take place on weekdays during daytime hours, and we’ll share any important updates before your arrival.
Guest access
There is an electronic deadbolt on the door of the condo. All you need to do is enter your four digit user code. When you see the Schlage button turn green, rotate the thumbturn to the left. Please make sure the door locks each time that you leave the condo.
The code to access the condo is sent to you on the day of check in.
Other things to note
Indoor amenities include: Flat screen TVs in all rooms, Roku streaming services, complimentary wifi, in unit washer & dryer, full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Small appliances include toaster, griddle, air fryer, blender, crock pot, coffee makers.
Outdoor amenities include: Private deeded beach access, 2 fresh water pools, 2 public charcoal grills, private balcony overlooking the pools.
