Earth and Ocean Beach House is an architecturally designed two storey rammed earth home. Situated with 180 degree views of the coast and views of the rolling hills behind. The vibe is so chilled, you'll never want to leave. The perfect place for a full reset.

Lay in bed and watch the surf or treat yourself to an amazing sunrise from the deck. Just a short stroll to one of Tassie's most beautiful beaches with some great surf breaks and stunning scenery.

The space
It's a unique two storey home with a style of its own, built using natural building materials as much as possible, we really focused on a low carbon footprint. The high rammed earth walls and spotted gum timber windows trap the warmth of the sun all day long in winter while the large overhanging eaves block the heat in summer. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with coastal views and one with a garden view. Upstairs has a main bedroom and separate bathroom plus an open planned living room all with amazing views. The bifold doors open onto the front deck, bringing the ocean views into the living space. While the back deck offers mountain views, late sun, and protection from the afternoon sea breeze.

We are located only 10 minutes from St. Helens Mountain bike park and a host of quality surf breaks in the area which we happy to provide details on how to find them.

On-site parking is currently not available, please park outside the gate on the ocean side, which is under 24hr. video surveillance

Other things to note
1. The nearest shopping area is St Helens, a short 15 minute drive, however there is a small IGA supermarket at Scamander which is a short 2 minute drive away.

2. Shelley Beach is a surf beach and therefore the waves can be dangerous for swimming at times, so care is needed.

3. There is a locked storage cupboard on the ground floor of the house which is used for cleaning supplies etc and accessible only by the cleaner.

4. The property is on tank water and contains a septic tank, so we really appreciate you keeping this in mind with water consumption etc. Also please limit grease in the kitchen sink and nothing other than toilet paper in the toilets.

5. It would be appreciated if gates are kept closed when not in use.

6. By paying the booking deposit, Guests and visitors at "Earth and Ocean Beach House" at Beaumaris undertake to use the property and its facilities entirely at their own risk and indemnify and save the Management harmless from any personal injury, sickness or death, loss or damage, however caused, to person or property of the Guest and or Visitors, his/her family, or guests during or after the time of occupancy.
