The space
STYLISH SPACE

2,400 square feet in a thoughtfully laid out 3 level home. There are several areas within the house for groups to convene or to serve as retreats for each individual to get away from it all.

Upon entering, you will find an open floor plan with a dining room which accommodates up to 6 guests. Our nicely appointed kitchen is sure to be the focal point to a great breakfast or afternoon tapas. The Living Room offers comfortable seating in an inviting atmosphere and a 65-inch TV.

On the floor above, you will find 2 bedrooms each furnished with a queen bed adjacent to a full bathroom. The Family Room has been stocked with board games and books, the perfect spot for a lazy afternoon or an evening-in to watch movies.

The Basement has a full bedroom and full bath, and connects to an outdoor deck. It’s the perfect space for catching up over a glass of wine or cocktail while taking in the serene comfort of this amazing space. For those chilly months there is a fireplace table top and a tower heater.

We have curated this house. The décor, the furnishings and every detail have been researched, sourced and procured. What does this mean to you? Comfort, visual appeal and quality that will endure the test of time. We are not here just to provide a "vacation rental" but rather, we make it our mission to help you create an unforgettable experience in Music City.

Each bedroom has its own unique flair but we’ve also put a lot of thought into ensuring our guestrooms offer a high level of comfort. With this in mind, each bed has been outfitted with pillow top mattresses, four pillows and 100% cotton sheets. You will sleep in the clouds.

We believe in traveling light. For ease of packing and to add further enjoyment to your visit, our bathroom provisions include Sulfate Free Shampoo & Conditioner and Organic Shower Gel. We want you to feel right at home whether you are visiting us for one night or one month; with your comfort in mind, we have placed two bathrobes in each guestroom closet.

We keep the Keurig machine -always- stocked with a nice selection of coffee blends


What else can you expect? You can expect to find an immaculate house. We launder all towels and all bed linens including duvet and pillow covers after each guest's stays. What does this mean to you? We use all $150.00 of the cleaning fee you pay us towards a professional cleaning service after each stay.

Wedgewood-Houston (WE-HO) is a small, thriving neighborhood home to Nashville's "maker's community." Nestled between SOBRO (the neighborhood's name stands for "South of Broadway") and 12-South, We-Ho is just 1.5 miles from Downtown Nashville and is also just a few minutes (less than 2 miles) from Vanderbilt University.

Due to our central location, freeway access is an added convenience. In less than 25 minutes via I-65 you can be in Brentwood and in less than 30 minutes in Historic Franklin. Both of them can be excellent options if you have extra time during your visit and would like to explore the outskirts of Nashville.

When we travel, we are big into not falling into the proverbial "tourist traps" so here are a few of our favorite local haunts:

• WE-HO: Within walking distance

Gaby's Burgers, this burger (meat or vegan) will make it to your list of your most memorable Nashville meals.

Dozen Bakery, cookies and scones. Enough said.

Check out: Fort Negley and Adventure Science Center (both spots are family friendly for kids, the kid in you or the history buff)

Urban Grub, you think you know the best pork chop? You don't. Get one here.

Jenny's Ice Cream, deliciousness in a cup (or cone).

Honky Tonk Highway, where it all began. You can't leave Music City without checking out Tootsies, Rippy's and Honky Tonk Central. Cheers!

Butchertown Hall, if you love meat and family style servings, this place is Da Bomb. They also have a great outdoor area.

5th and Taylor, the most beautiful restaurant in Nashville. The food is simple and simply amazing.
