Welcome to Maryland's Eastern Shore and your own private space in a converted corn crib, complete with the comforts of home. You are here to be pampered.
The space includes a vaulted ceiling, queen-sized Casper® mattress, quality linens, heat & AC, wireless Internet, a coffee counter, stocked bar fridge, full bath w/ shower (includes quality bath supplies), and a private entrance.
Our space is restricted to two adults, and we ask that you please limit your visit to one vehicle only.

The space
Welcome to a converted barn, complete with a recently renovated and converted corn crib.
On one level is the entrance and full (shower) bath, and two steps up, the crib space itself. It has a vaulted ceiling that appears bigger than the building itself, the space includes: a queen-sized bed, heating / air conditioning, a coffee counter, a bar fridge, and sink. We are excited to have a partnership with Casper® mattress.

Guest access
We encourage our guests to pull into the driveway and park on the right side of the courtyard facing, or backed-in towards, the patio area. Between our cars and yours, our courtyard becomes a bit tight, therefore, we ask that our guests please bring only one vehicle.
Once here and parked, enjoy a stretch and quick look around our private garden before walking into your own private entrance and space. There is a small staircase inside providing access between the entry level and the crib's living space.
Guests are welcome to use the patio in the courtyard area. It is a shared space.

Other things to note
The crib space is light and airy. Be aware that the crib has skylights, shaded only by the leaves and tree limbs above. This space is best for the early riser or heavy sleeper. Typically, this is a quiet neighborhood, but do expect to hear birds chirping. If you're a light sleeper at night, keep an ear peeled for the hoots of our two visiting owls.

Our neighborhood, long ago, used to be a plantation, complete with manor house and outbuildings. The manor, built around 1800, still stands behind our property, and so too its barn. Now separately owned, the converted brick barn is our home. The farmland that surrounded the estate was sold off and subdivided in the early 50's when the homes you will see around us were built. Our neighborhood is called St. Aubins Heights, named after the manor estate, and is located on the north side of Easton.

5 years ago my wife, Chris, and I moved down from New York to the Eastern Shore, to the town of Easton Maryland. We love it here. I am a photographer, enjoying the new subject matter surrounding me to capture. I am also an avid cyclist, either heading out into the farmland or waterside for long rides with my pals, or taking the simple town bike into Easton proper for an ice cream, coffee, or farmers market run. Chris is not only the brains of this operation, but also finds the time to own and operate a dealer's booth at a local antique mart. It is filled to the brim with funky and imaginative decorative items for the home. Leaving NY was a bit tough. We miss the variety in ethnic cuisine, and cultural events that NYC offers, but we're finding similar possibilities here too, just in a smaller community setting. We have the Avalon Theater that brings to us exceptional musical talent. So too a wonderful art museum that is regularly changing its exhibits. There are several restaurants in the area that satisfy, and in settings you could never find up there. Need a coffee? Check out 'Rise Up'. One cup, you'll be wanting the name of our real estate agent. Easton is the cultural hub for the Delmarva peninsula. With the immediate towns of Oxford and St. Michaels nearby, we're the Cape Cod and Hamptons of the Washington DC crowd. They come here to get away, to relax, to have fun. We're already here.
