These two homes have space for your whole group! The historic ranch house sleeps 10 guests and the modern cabin sleeps 4 guests. Just steps apart on a private ranch right outside city limits, these two homes offer the perfect blend of rustic comfort and convenient location. You’ll be 5 miles from downtown, 3 miles from the ski resort, and a short 1/4 mile walk to the Yampa River. No matter the season, you’ll have easy access to activities that appeal to every kind of traveler.

The space
Inside the Ranch House:
The lodge-style ranch house offers spacious accommodations for your entire group. 10 guests can sleep comfortably between three private bedrooms and a bunk room. There are two bathrooms, a large dining table perfect for shared meals, and a spacious sectional sofa beside the wood-burning fireplace.

Inside the Cabin:
The modern cabin comfortably sleeps 4 guests and includes a private bedroom, a bunk room, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living area with a comfortable sectional next to a gas fireplace.

Though these are separate homes, they are just a few hundred feet apart, connected by a walking path, ideal for groups seeking both togetherness and privacy.

Guest access
In the summer, relax in the grassy common area between the two houses with picnic tables, yard games and a fire pit. Across the county road, a quarter mile walking trail leads to the river for swimming and fishing. In winter, guests can enjoy a private groomed cross country track and a sledding hill, with the option to book a private snowcat tour. There is ample trailer parking and easy access to all your favorite mountain activities.

Other things to note
During your stay you may be greeted by our friendly ranch dogs, but please keep them outside. We also share our home at the ranch with a small herd of horses. For everyone’s safety, please do not feed them and do not enter any closed gates. Because animals freely roam the ranch, we are unable to allow guest pets, and appreciate you leaving them safely at home.
