*All beds are new from local business, Beds by Design!*
-Peacock Suite: Queen bed + en suite bathroom, upper level
-Rosewood Room: Two twin beds, upper level
-Curio Room: King bed, upper level
- Hubbard Room: Full bed + desk, upper level

BATHROOMS
-Primping Room - Tucked under the back stairs on your way into the kitchen is a small half-bath.
-Washroom: This 2nd floor space boasts an elegant claw-foot tub (CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER), pedestal sink, and separate shower.
-En Suite Bathroom - A full size bathroom is located in the Peacock Suite and boasts a shower & sink.

PARKING
-The driveway easily fits 3 cars + there's plenty of street parking spots!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement.

Other things to note
We hope you feel like you stepped back into the early 1900's when you visit Perry Mansion. If you have children with wandering hands, this may not be the best fit for you as many of the items in the home are vintage and antique.

Please note, we have done our best to furnish the home with amenities that you would find in the early 1900's and therefore you will not find all the modern amenities that you would typically find in a rental such as a TV. We do however have wi-fi if you need it.

FAQs:

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow events/weddings to be held at your home?
-Feel free to reach out to us to inquire about events/weddings! We do require a nightly stay for a all events/weddings.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- Nope! It's all yours!

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. This is against Airbnb policy. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation with Airbnb. Go to Account Settings and click on Invite Friends for more details.
