UNconventional BOhemian flat. Few steps away from the city center, University area and the Exhibition district. Quiet and bright top floor whit terrace in a typical Twenties residential building.

The space
The attic flat is a SMALL cozy nest (6×3 sqm living area), located in a pleasant and quiet urban context. It is completely handmade by our own inspiration. One of Bentivogli's main strengths is that you can enjoy your relaxation watching the sky and a nice view from the rooftop.
The attic is very bright and is located in a pleasant and quiet setting.
Comfortably lying down, you can enjoy a fragment of sky, sunbathe and listen to the rain.
In the apartment there are some small sculptures made of bronze, plaster and terracotta.

Guest access
It is made by a living room with corner kitchen (about 20 sqm), + small laundry corner + two bedrooms (beds size: 140 x 200 cm, 1 futon bed 140x200 cm) and a bath with shower, plus a nice terrace suitable for sunny breakfast or romantic dinner.
The apartment is small and the CEILINGS ARE very LOW IN THE CORNERS and BEDROOMS, maybe it could be uncomfortable for you.
As you can see in the pictures, there are no wardrobes.

The attic consists of a living room with kitchenette (about 20 sqm), a laundry corner, two small attic bedrooms (140 x 200 cm beds), a bathroom with shower and a nice terrace ideal for a "sunny" breakfast and some romantic dinners.
NB. The ceiling is very low in the rooms, maybe it can be an uncomfortable apartment for you.

VIA BENTIVOGLI (Bentivogli Street) divides the Cirenaica district which hosts often several cultural events.
This area is well-known for its popular atmosphere and its history especially during the first half of XX century. Local musicians such as Francesco Guccini ( who lived in via Paolo Fabbri 43) , Lucio Dalla and many others singers and artists used to meet here to the famous Trattoria da Vito.
The MERCATO DELLA CIRENAICA (Cirenaica 's 'market) is located approximately in the middle of Via Bentivogli.
In via Paolo Fabbri there is a social meeting place called VAG where you can also buy fresh local products: every Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, biological and local food market organized by the Campi Aperti association.
OVER THE TIME
Since 2004, some copies of archaeological finds and information panels about Bologna's ancient Etruscan discoveries have been placed in the backyard of Street BENTIVOGLI (n. 34/36).
In May 1913, while the building works in the new area located near Musolesi-Bentivolgi-Fabbri-Vincenzi streets were undertaken, treasures of over 800 graves belonging to the VILLANOVIAN CULTURE have been discovered. The Etruscans settled in the Cirenaica area because of its fertile plain surrounded by the Savena river. The discovered sepulchre is now considered as one of the most ancient traces of the FELSINA ETRUSCA.

IL rione si distingue per la sua atmosfera popolare e la sua storia, numerosi sono i Bar, i ristoranti e le pizzerie degni di nota, in particolare la Trattoria da Vito ricorda gli artisti della scena musicale locale.
Presso il mercato della Cirenaica, e ogni martedì dalle 17 e 30 in poi in via Paolo Fabbri (presso il Vag), è possibile acquistare prodotti locali di qualità.
Nell' area cortiliva di via Bentivogli (n. 34/36) sono state predisposte alcune repliche di reperti archeologici che ricordano dove furono rinvenute le più antiche testimonianze di BOLOGNA ETRUSCA.
Di grande rilevanza la storia del rione nella prima metà del XX secolo.
