Relax in this historic 1880's farmhouse nestled on a working cattle ranch just minutes from town. The home is a pleasant mix of antique charm and modern amenities such as the recently remodeled bathrooms and full chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The owners live on the property in a separate residence, just a text away. Enjoy your escape to the country after antiquing at Round Top. The property is conveniently located near Svetlik Farm and The Oaks at High Hill venues.

The space
The house is a spacious 2200 square feet, with a large living and dining area, master bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms and a TV room upstairs. It has two full bathrooms that are freshly remodeled in 2022. The kitchen is a chef's dream with quartz countertops and new appliances. Outside you can relax on two porches, the second floor balcony, or the patio that comes complete with table and chairs. Enjoy the evenings by the huge stone fire pit.

Guest access
You will have access to the yard and patio and fire pit during your stay. We ask that you refrain from entering the historic barns and pastures and other working areas of the ranch.
