The lodging of the hotel was inaugurated in 2005 and the lodging of the Monks in 2012. Dining will continue in years! I've been the mayor of the municipality of Talus Saint Prix since 2008. The vineyard of "Champagne" is the main activity of the municipality with a dozen local producers. As a local resident of the former Logis Abbatial, I'm happy to welcome you and make you discover the cottages. I will also be your guide to the historic abbey tour if you wish. I am not trilingual (French - English - Spanish) but I can understand and answer, orally or in writing, the various questions you have.
