This large, bright, south facing studio in the heart of the Swiss Apls, sits on a sunny terrace at 1500m. It has sweeping views across the Rhone Valley. There is a bedroom area (separated from the living room by glass doors), kitchen and shower room.

We have high speed internet.

The space

My apartment is bright and light. With windows along the width of the property. There is a large balcony with room to dine on. The total surface area is approx. 44m2.

There is a main bed in the bedroom area and a sofa bed in the living area.

We love it! Mainly because of the views and the relaxing atmosphere.

In the town:
Spa and wellness
This newly opened spa (2012) offers a large indoor / outdoor pool with thermal areas, treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis etc.

Anzere offers a wide range of slopes and trails for downhill and cross-country skiers, snowboarders and winter hikers. I love this resort for it quiet slopes and plenty of fresh powder.

Over Christmas and New year there is a 6 night minimum booking period, as it is high season.

Anzère also has fantastic walking country with lakes, dams and tours along historic irrigation channels known as Bisses. There are great wine tour through the valley from Martigny to Sion. Take the train or cycle from vineyard to vineyard.

Absolute gem in the mountains of Anzere !! Myself and my partner just got back from a 1 Week stay at Rebecca's beautiful apartment. At first impressions when we arrived late at night it was cosy, super clean, spacious, had everything we needed and smelt amazing!! Opening the shutters in the morning to reveal that amazing view of the alps was to die for and waking up every morning from then was just the best!! We managed to do alot in the week we spent there (visited 11 destinations to be exact) as we had hired a car which I would highly recommend doing if you want to travel freely around Switzerland. Rebecca's apartment has some leaflets and info you can look through and her itinary is a great help too! An all round great trip couldn't have asked for a better host. 10/10!!

We stayed in Rebecca's place for a summer retreat and had a delightful time. The apartment was beautifully appointmented well stocked with all the cooking implements one would need and had a reliable wi-fi connection. Not to mention the stunning views from the balcony. Rebecca was lovely and gave us a lot of information about the local sights. Will definitely return in the future.

This apartment is just as described in all the wonderful reviews written previously. The view from the whole apartment is so beautiful and you could spend the whole time on the balcony looking at it. We didn't hire a car and it is a steep walk up to the centre but we found a shortcut and the walk can be done in 10-15 minutes. The tourist tax you are required to pay is now CHF 3.50 per person a day. At first this seemed to be expensive but during the summer months this allows you to have a pass that enables you to use the cable car, swimming pool, local buses, tennis courts and other activities at no extra cost.It was a real bonus and we got a lot of use out of it. We swam several times at the pool located at the Spa and wellness Centre. There are indoor and outdoor pool areas and its hard to beat looking up at the mountains whilst relaxing in the warmth. We were blessed with lovely weather and have some great memories and photographs too remind us of our trip.

We had an amazing stay in Rebecca's lovely studio, everything about it was perfect. It may be just a studio but it really did feel like a home away from home. I guess the fact that the owner still stays there once in a while explains why the flat is so well kitted out and in impeccable condition - everything you need is there within reach. A walk up the hill brings you to Anzere's Town center where you will find restaurants, a supermarket and other useful stores. The ski lift is further up the hill. We enjoyed the experience so much that we even viewed a couple of studios in the same area with the thought of buying but they didn't come close to Rebecca's. I must not forget to say that if you are coming by car, you have an epic drive to look forward to. We'll be back in the not too distant future.

I love the contrast of living in central London and the Alps. The air in Anzere in like champagne. As an interface designer, I spend a lot of time in front of a computer. Getting out to the mountains to go boarding or walking is the perfect antidote.
