Quiet semi-detached house in Tenerife with 2 floors, in a small town in the north of Tenerife, La Matanza de Acentejo, 10 km from TFN Airport and 10 km from Puerto de la Cruz. 300 Mbps WiFi, Hi-Fi, SmartTV. Spectacular views of the sea and Mount Teide.
The space
This is a very cozy house in the beautiful and quiet town of La Matanza de Acentejo. On the first floor you will find a living room, kitchen, a large terrace with spectacular views, and a bathroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, both with built-in closets and double windows that isolate it from noise. On this floor there is also a full bathroom. The house is completed with a basement. The decor is sober and modern, the house is fully equipped, you will not want for anything.
Recently (January 2021) a thermal conditioning reform has been carried out and new heaters have been purchased, so now the rooms will be even more comfortable in the winter season. In April of the same year, the rooms were equipped with double windows, which apart from better thermal insulation also makes the rooms acoustically insulated, for a perfect rest.
The house faces west of the island and from it you can see the sea, Mount Teide and spectacular sunsets.
The village of La Matanza is an ideal place for walking tours of the island, as well as getting to know the famous "guachinches" where you can taste Canarian food and homegrown wine at a laughable price.
The municipality of La Matanza and therefore the house are located approximately 20 km from Los Rodeos airport (Tenerife North). The distance to the tourist municipality of Puerto de la Cruz is also 20 km, which runs along a comfortable highway.
Public transport to the house is poor in terms of frequency, so it is almost imperative to come by rental car to get around easily. You won't have any difficulty parking as there is a large parking lot a one-minute walk from the house.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for a room in the basement of the house dedicated to storage.
