If you are coming to Mexico City, and and you want to be in the center of the action, where all the trendy restaurants and shops are, then you are looking for the Roma neighborhood. Nearly in the center of town, this area has amazing architecture and a vibrant life.
I am lucky enough to live in a 1930s apartment, which is modest, but stylish. My apartment is located in a quiet residential street steps away from all the fun, and easy access to public transportation to get you anywhere. Space is generous with a compact spare room with its own half bathroom. We have a small kitchen which will always have coffee and tea when you crave it; laundry is there, plus ample room to put your feet up, and watch a movie.. And wi-Fi, of course!
I live alone, and no pets or smoking happen here. this space is probably best for a single or couple. Not the best space for children. I keep the house clean, and we have maid service. However, if perfect order and neatness are a requisite for you, this might not be the place you need, as I have a laid back, lived-in atmosphere.
This is a gay household, but everyone is welcome.
I had an amazing time at Max's place. Everything was perfect. He's an incredible host. I arrived late and he was very kind and made me feel comfortable. The house is clean. Great location! The neighborhood is charming.
It was a very positive experience!
Will definitely come back
Max put effort into extending himself to me and making me feel at home from the get go. He was there when I arrived and invited me to lunch. We became friends and he included me in several events, including a party at his home evem after I vacated. I appreciated him opening up his home to me. Gracias.
Wonderful charming host! Great location. Lovely apartment. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City.
