There are four units at this property. Two upstairs, two downstairs. All PRIVATE. Shared space is the front porch for the 2 downstairs units, and the back deck for the 2 upstairs units.

This unit is upstairs, and entry is located on the back deck, parking is also in the back.

Bedrooms - memory foam mattress, closet w/hangers, small dresser, new plush bedding.

Bathrooms - we provide blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap, towels and washcloths.

Living Room - Smart TV, couch & chair. Open concept living room/kitchen with an island with 2 barstools. Bathroom entrance.

Kitchen - stocked with everything you need, including coffee supplies!!!

Back deck - shared with next door (unit C)

This is part of a 4-plex. 2 units located on the first floor (front entry), and 2 units located on the 2nd floor (back entry)

PARKING: Two cars allowed*
The driveway is steep, be careful when you turn in. Parking is behind the house (4 spots on the RIGHT and 4 spots on the LEFT). Please make sure to leave space for others to park.

This is a 4-unit property. Fully remodeled, super cozy! Two units downstairs w/ a large front porch, and 2 units upstairs with a large deck (these are accessed in the back of the house)
