Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The “Tucked Away Tiny” is a tiny home with HUGE style! It is located in the country woods of Milton, FL on family-owned farm land, but not too far off the beaten path. Only 15 minutes to the heart of the city, and 45 minutes to beaches. It is next door to Sowell Farms which is home to several wedding venues, fenced exotic wildlife (may or may not be seen during your stay), and home of the Trophy for Great American Christmas Light Fight!

The space
Guests will enjoy plenty of privacy in the space as well as an outdoor seating area of their own to enjoy the outdoors. There is a loft space that can fit 2 guests and a couch that folds into a bed. There is a ladder stored away for easy access to the loft. There is a full size bathroom with a fully-tiled stand up shower. What the tiny lacks in space, it makes up for in personality!

Guest access
Parking access is in front of the tiny house. To enter, you will use the automated touch screen lock entering the code you will be provided. You have access to the tiny home itself, and the beautiful deck which is great to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

Cooking: there is a griddle and a microwave for cooking. Utensils are available all as well. Please do not use the butcher block counter tops as a cutting board, we like to keep them in their original state. There is a cutting board stored shall you need one.

Please turn off the lights as you leave each time.

Upon checkout time, please tidy up the space a bit. We like to keep are cleaning fee low for you all :) You may collect all towels and/or linens into a pile in bathroom.

Other things to note
To make the couch for sleeping, you pull the back of the couch forwards and it releases to lay back. Extra linens are located in the drawer below the cooking utensils. An extra pillow for the couch is located behind the couch in a protective cover. Remove plastic before use.

The tiny house features a local artist/photographer, Pensacola Bill. If you are interested in purchasing his work please visit his FB page @Pensacola Bill :)
