Skyline Peaks is one of Canmore's newest vacation properties, just 10 minute walk to downtown. This 3 level townhouse features elegant finishings & vaulted ceilings on the top floor that compliment spectacular mountain views!

Full kitchen & kitchenette, 3 bedrooms + sofa bed, 3.5 bathrooms, gas fireplace, work desk, 4 TVs, wifi, west facing deck, BBQ, free laundry, & private heated garage for 1 car. 1300 sq ft.

The space
You enter on the ground floor where the garage is and the 1 bed apartment with en-suite & kitchenette (accessed via the garage). Up one flight of stairs is the primary bedroom with en-suite, second bedroom, bathroom and laundry & dryer. Up another flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining table, small living area (including desk) and west facing deck with BBQ.

To get the fantastic views our property is quite tall, so please be aware this property is on 3 floors and not suitable for guests who are not comfortable on (relatively long/steep) stairs. The ground level bedroom is accessible without stairs and has it's own kitchenette & bathroom. The property can sleep 8, but if all guests would like to utilize the communal areas together it is better suited to 6 or less (in warm months the deck provides ample extra space, but in cooler months you need to be happy getting cozier). The sofa bed is located in the living area on the top floor and this room does not have room-darkening blinds.

We are fortunate to offer one free, designated parking space in the private on-site garage. Please note that this space is not suitable for larger vehicles. Maximum vehicle dimensions are 16 ft (4.88 m) in length, 6 ft (1.82 m) in height, and 7 ft 2 in (2.18 m) in width.
If you are traveling with a larger vehicle or more than one vehicle, please be prepared to park on nearby streets and walk. Paid parking is also available across the street.

Parking in any stall other than the assigned one is STRICTLY prohibited. If you park in another unit’s assigned stall, a $250 or more parking violation fee will be charged.

The building is under constant surveillance, including security cameras, on-site building management, and hired security personnel. Parking rules are actively monitored and enforced at all times.

The property is a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartment joined by the garage. The guests in the 1 bed will have their own bathroom, kitchenette and front door and can access the rest of the property via the private heated garage. Due to the adjoined layout this 3 bedroom property has more bathroom amenities than most.

Please note that same day bookings may be subject to a later check in time.

Other things to note
We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS/OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using any amenities (including the pool & hot tub), walking around the complex and climbing of stairs anywhere on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries arising during your time at the property.
