Guest access
★ Guests will have exclusive use of both floors of the house and the outdoor living areas during their stay.
★ The booker will receive a unique key code to access the house. For everyone’s safety, this code is changed after each stay.
★ Guests have complimentary access to the Big Boulder Lake Club (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) for up to 8 people. To enter, simply show a printed or digital copy of your signed Rental Agreement at the Lake Club Office by Big Boulder Lake.

We have actively recording cameras overlooking the perimeter of the house. Absolutely NONE of the cameras are located on the interior of the house.

There is also a noise decibel monitor ('Minut') on the ceiling in the dining room, which actively records noise decibel levels. It does NOT record audio or video.
