The space
The Villa organized for 6 people maximum.
You will be the only guests of the 263 yd2 house and the 4800 yd2 garden.
To cool the interior, the house has a cooling floor on its entire surface. The effect is not as marked as for air conditioning, but it allows you to gain a few degrees during heat waves.
The ground floor :
- An entrance / playroom for children.
- A living room of more than 60 yd2
- A dining room of 30 yd2
- A fully equipped 35 yd2 kitchen, new household appliances, sufficient tableware for 12 people. And a cellar with washing machine and dryer.
- And a toilet.
The first floor :
- Four bedrooms ;
* The Blue one, 24 yd2, a small balcony overlooking the garden.
* The Beige one, 12 yd2.
* The Pink one, 17 yd2, a large balcony overlooking the garden and shared with the next bedroom,
* The Red one, 14 yd2, with the access to the same balcony as the previous bedroom.
- Two bathrooms ;
* The Green one, with a large shower and a large bathtub, hair dryer.
* The Pink one, with a large bath that work as a shower, hair dryer.
The outside :
- A terrace of more than 120 yd2 with space to eat in the shade.
- A 4800 yd2 garden.
- A infinity pool designer with a large area for playing, splashing around with a depth of 3,6 ft to 3,9 ft and a diving pit of 8,2 ft.
- A summer kitchen with Weber gas barbecue, fridge, and a shower.
- On the side of the entrance of the house there is an area to park two vehicles in the shades of olive trees.
Guest access
The house is rented entirely, the tenants will have the exclusive enjoyment of the whole. The cellar and two private rooms will be closed.
You will be the only guests of the 263 yd2 house and the 4800 yd2 garden.
You will be more comfortable if you have a personal vehicle during your stay. Indeed, it is sometimes difficult to get a taxi or Uber available quickly in the neighbourhood where the house is located, which is, moreover, very poorly served by public transport.
We have an agreement with a small group of Taxis who know the neighborhood well, but we cannot guarantee their availability, we will give you their contact information.

The philosophy of our villa…
When we inherited this villa, we decided to renovate it, trying to keep the charm of the different layers of family history, while installing modern comfort while respecting objects, nature and living beings.
The balance between modern comfort and ecological concerns has made us make choices that will also affect you :
1) The garden is never watered, carefully maintained by our outstanding gardener, you will have the impression of walking in the garrigue, barely modified by human. Don’t expect an electric green lawn.
2) There is no air conditioning, which consumes too much energy and leads to “cooling abuse”. However, there is a reversible heat pump and underfloor heating and cooling, the house being very insulated, this allows you to stay in a pleasant indoor temperature all year around. In addition, our collaborators will give you all the explanations concerning the management of air flows throughout your stay in order to optimize the interior temperature. These habits have always allowed the inhabitants of Provence to adapt to summer heat.
3) Our house is entirely designed for comfortable outdoor living for example the shade of our magnificent trees is present around the large infinity pool, which makes this outdoor space a relatively cool space, ideal for lounging…
The pool water treatment is fully automated, it allows a minimal use of chemical products, only pure liquid chlorine and a low acid for the regulation of the PH are used, they allow us to have a crystal clear water, healthy and without the odor of chlorinated residues.
4) The interior is made for living together, the common areas are huge compared to the rooms, which even if they allow you to isolate yourself at times, are not designed to spend the days there… There will be no television in the rooms.
5) The house could not be adapted for people with reduced mobility. There is strairs and steps.
6) Although a swimming pool alarm is installed, we recommend that you never leave young children, especially those who cannot swim, alone in the garden and at the edge of the swimming pool. There is no fence around the pool.
