Altinho da Quinta Seca is a 28 acres family property surounded by nature, ideally situated to enjoy peaceful holidays, yet being close to local activity : the beach and the golf are 5 km, Lagos is 8 km.

The space
The 36 sqm apartment is composed of one bedroom with AC and queen size bed, one bathroom with walk-inshower, a living-room with open kitchen (dishwasher), a terrace.
This appartement is not pool side.

Pool 12 m x 6 m surrounded by a 200 m² terrace with sun beds, sunshades, ammock.
Pool and BBQ are shared with 2 other apartments.

Convenient items at your disposal : beach umbrellas, pool towels, icebox.

Our house is in an elevated location and has a view to the mountains of Monchique and the ocean. The land is lined by a river that flows to the lagoon and the sea.

You can collect shells in the estuary and see hoysters and fish farms. And have access to a non crowded beach.

3 kms away, the typical algarvian village of Odiaxere offers all conveniences : daily market, groceries, bakery, ATM, take away, restaurants.
