I live in the 5th floor of an Haussmanian building, which is the last floor.
This room is the entire first floor of my apartment: it was once maid rooms. It is accessible by stairs Bathroom in the room.

This is a family house, so there won't be any partying in the bedroom.
Some parts are private; it is not allowed to use the kitchen. The living room and dining room are common in the morning for the breakfast ( 10 €) but after the units.

Breakfast is served for 9:30 in the dining room and shared with all my guests : friendliness guaranteed ! ( 10€ per person )

Please do not leave the lights on when you are not in your room.
