Get away with friends and family in this fully renovated old farmhouse. The living area opens to the kitchen with unique decor and a back porch and patio area perfect for morning coffee or happy hour. You may even catch a glimse of the Longhorns across the street. 4 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, and full Kitchen complete this home. On 16 acres just across Country Club Drive from Circle C Barn Venue. We are Dog Friendly. Our Per Dog fee is $50 per stay.

The space
The location is 20 miles from Lake Somerville, 28 miles from Kyle Field at Texas A&M, 47 miles from Round Top, and easy access to numerous wineries in the area. Plenty of parking for your boat or trailer is available after a day of fishing or water sports at near by lakes. Across Country Club Drive, 4 Longhorns are in a fenced in area for guests to enjoy and view at a distance - stay back 10' from the fence.
