Welcome to Laker's Acres, a 4-bed, 3-bath lakefront retreat, sleeping 14. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, open-concept living, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The 2-story home features two levels of porches, with the lower level screened-in for bug-free relaxation. A dock is available for tenants' use.

Three bedrooms boast lake views, and an office with a futon adds extra sleeping space. Unwind with family and friends in this spacious haven, perfect for creating unforgettable lakeside memories.

The space
Laker's Acres features a well-appointed ground floor with a master bedroom that boasts a king bed and lake views. The open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room create a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The dining room comfortably seats 8, or 10 with the leaf extension. Unwind in the living room with reclining sofa, loveseat, and leather recliner. An office with an attached full bathroom can serve as a 5th bedroom, thanks to its futon.

The second floor houses three bedrooms: one with a king bed, another with a queen and full-size bed, and the third with two sets of bunk beds (full bottom, twin top). A hall bathroom serves these rooms. A gathering room provides an additional space for guests to relax and socialize.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, with the exception of the detached two-car garage. Feel free to make use of all other spaces, both indoor and outdoor. Although there are several parking spots available, please note that the property can accommodate a maximum of approximately 5 cars. Experience the comfort and freedom of Laker's Acres as your home away from home.

Other things to note
Please note that we are currently in the process of updating Laker's Acres to further enhance your stay. While the size and layout of the beds will remain unchanged, we have plans to repaint the entire house. As improvements are made, we will update the listing's photos to reflect the changes. For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed on the property; however, there are no cameras inside the home. Rest assured that our commitment to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience remains our top priority, and we look forward to welcoming you to our ever-improving lakeside retreat.
