Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Newly renovated in a quiet neighborhood. 7 miles to Toyota, 5 miles to the Kentucky horse park, 15 miles to Keenland, 34 miles to The Ark. This house is located at the beginning of the street. Pet friendly. Home includes wifi and rokus. Coffee and tea bar with the necessities, 2 parking spot driveway and a entire parking lot across the street for extra parking. There is a fire pit (logs not included) and a charcoal grill.

The space
Cute and cozy house with two bedrooms both with queen beds. The living room offers a pull out couch with a queen bed. There is also a twin size cot in the closet. Fully fenced in back yard. Quiet, cozy neighborhood. This house has been completely redone and has a nice open concept. All rooms including living room have tvs and rokus. Please make sure the remotes are left in the house. The home includes wifi, a nice coffee and tea bar equipped with sugar, creamer, and coffee. Outdoor seating with a charcoal grill(charcoal not included) and a fire pit(can provide logs if requested before visit). There is also a few board games and a deck of cards to enjoy. Small events are ok. Pets will be allowed if not left alone in home or crated while you are gone.
