Central location in the heart of Banja Luka, yet in the greenery overlooking the river Vrbas and equipped with a fenced large terrace. The apartment is air-conditioned and modernized. Arrive well, park in your private parking space in front of the house, and start exploring the city within walking distance. Enjoy Banja Luka, the young, up and coming city of Bosnias Serbian Republic. Your host will give you a friendly welcome - and the privacy you desire.
The space
The location could hardly be better: Right on the water (with its own dock, if you bring your own canoe for example), only a 5-minute walk from downtown, yet out of the hustle and bustle. Most of the time you will be on the large terrace with its fantastic view, the rooms have air conditioning and mobile fans.
You have their complete peace and no direct neighbors, the house is detached. Due to the elevated terrace and thus higher position, there are also no curious by-passers.
The apartment is perfect for 4 people, but offers additional sleeping (1+2 people) through two pull-out couches (in the living room and in the extra bedroom), for up to 7 persons.
The separate additional bedroom is used as a 'floating room' between the two apartments: If you are less than 5 people and if at the same time more than 3 guests are expected in the second apartment, this bedroom will not be available to you, then this room will be assigned to the other rental.

Guest access
The entire apartment is available for use. Guests receive keys from the apartment as well as from the gate on the staircase, so privacy is protected.
Other things to note
Please enjoy yourself, and feel like at home. And like at your home, we kindly ask you to treat the apartment with care. If you bring pets, it should be noted that they need to be clean and harmless, since there are 2 apartments, and you will share the terrace with the guests of the second apartment. However, this will not start until April 2023, so until then you are guaranteed to have the entire terrace for yourself.

The nearest bakery is about 100m away and is incredibly open 24/7. The nearest gas station is also in the immediate vicinity.
The restaurant "Studenac" is about 50m away and offers upscale (yet inexpensive) Bosnian cuisine with huge portions. If you ask in a friendly way, the waiters often even bring the food up to the apartment and up to the terrace for a small tip.
At the bridge over the Vrbas (about 200m away) are two restaurant boats with good food, nice drinks and occasional live music.
There is also occasional live music across the street in the cafe where they mix excellent cocktails along with beer. Absolute recommendation.
Otherwise, the neighborhood is very quiet, and due to the exposed location of the detached house, you have little contact with other neighbors.
