Large, cozy, original three-room apartment in hip Vesterbro in Copenhagen.
I bought the apartment in December 2012 and has since then spent many hours renovating it.
The apartment is in a minimalistic design and consists of a large bedroom, a TV-room with sloping ceilings, large windows and a dining area, an additional room with a sofa bed and a cozy renovated functional kitchen from the 1930s. Besides that there is a bathroom with a tub.
The apartment is on the 5th floor with direct views of Copenhagen, Enghave Parken and Enghave Plads.
There is also an associated enclosed courtyard, where you can grill in the summer as well as you can park a car right at the front door.
The apartment is located in the quiet end of the Vesterbro district near restaurants, cafes, parks, restaurants and interesting boutiques.

No house rules - try to feel like you're at home and enjoy this wonderful part of Copenhagen.

Besides that you should just feel at home and enjoy your stay.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Inge-Lise's lovely apartment. It is beautifully decorated, light, spacious and with a great view over the city. It had everything we could possibly have wanted, and Inge-Lise was the perfect host - recommending places for us to go and answering our many questions! The neighbourhood has a lot to do and I would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks so much Inge-Lise, we didn't want to leave!
The apartment was very nice, very clean and furnished with good taste. It's in a very good location, in a trending neighborhood, within walking distance from Tivoli, the historical center, Carlsberg or the Zoo. If you want to go further, the area is well connected by bus, metro and the train (Central Station is close by).
We haven't personally met the host but we communicated in writing - and everything was waiting for us as we agreed, including Christmas decorations.
A few words of caution though. The apartment literally has no doors (except for the bathroom). This meant that once our daughter went to bed we couldn't stay in the living room anymore as the light and noise woke her up. Also, there is no washing machine - not an issue for a short term stay, but we've been there for 2 weeks and would've appreciated it. Finally, it is the 5th floor and no elevator. So make sure you're OK with that, there are a lot of stairs.
However, despite the minor inconveniences, the accommodation was great and we had a very good time staying here. If you're looking for a neat apartment in a great location for exploring the city just get it and don't worry about a thing!
The apartment is beautiful, very clean, large, stylish and comfortable. Myself and two others found it perfect for our long weekend in Cooenhagen. It is also situated really well, near to a train station but also near enough to walk or cycle around easily.
Inge-Lise was very accommodating towards our travel plans and also in contact should we have needed her (which we didn't because the flat had everything we needed!).
Inge-Lise is a very nice gal. Her apartment is wonderful and located on the fifth floor with a beautiful view over the park. Very bright and cozy. I definitely recommend it!

I work as a journalist and televison field producer in Copenhagen.

When I relaxe, I like to sew patchwork blankets for my best friends. Or read biographies of the people I admire.
My favourite movie is the Butterfly Effect - and the best place in the world is besides Copenhagen Sayulita in Mexico.
