You can start your day drinking coffee in the porch swings watching the sun rise over the bay and finish your day drinking a cold beverage down by the water in the Adirondack chairs watching the sunset over the creek. Bring the home office and work while enjoying the view! Walk to the marina and minutes drive from great restaurants including the award winning Merroir, The Tides Inn and much more !

The space
Beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 full bath waterfront cottage. You will enjoy gorgeous views from the sunroom / living room.

There are 3 separate dining / eating areas (2 inside and 1 outside).

Primary bedroom includes a king bed and attached full bath (the bath is also connected to the bedroom with the 2 twin beds).

Another full bath towards the front of the house closer to the third bedroom which contains a queen bed.

Clothes hangers provided in all closets

Large floating dock outside perfect for launching kayaks (provided)
