Located just ten minutes from Downtown Duluth, Canal Park and the Lincoln Park district, you will find this cozy home is the perfect base to enjoy the Northland while avoiding some of the hustle and bustle. We are conveniently located off of main roads while tucked in to a quiet neighborhood. Check out our reviews to see the value others are seeing!

Also, two minutes from Lake Superior and close to many parks for kids!

The space
This three-bedroom, one bath is a charming place to call your home away from home while in the Northland.

Two Upstairs Bedrooms are equipped with Nectar Queen beds, while the downstairs bedroom features a twin bed and desk. The living room couch also pulls out to a full-size bed.

The bathroom upstairs is a beautiful stand-up shower. We are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

You can save money by cooking at "home" too as you will have access to a full kitchen.

Coffee will be fresh daily with the Keurig, which will be stocked with a variety of coffee pods.

Want a cozy night in? We have a 55" Smart TV in the living room with access to many subscription apps that you can use your log in for.
