The space
This 2700 sq ft villa, backing onto a beautiful forest, features three structures (Main House, Detached Suite, and Outdoor Bathroom). The 5 spacious bedrooms, divided between the main house and the poolside detached suite, offer exceptional comfort. Each room has been meticulously decorated to transport you on a journey around the world, providing a unique stay experience for every guest. The bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, individual air conditioning, televisions, closets, blackout curtains, and private bathrooms. The fiber optic Internet network (200Mbps WiFi) is ideal if you need to work remotely.
Main House (Casa Duna Grande):
The main house features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its private bathroom and patio doors facing the pool. The Master suite delights with its exclusive outdoor shower, allowing you to enjoy the lush environment around you. The fully equipped kitchen opens to an elegant living room, equipped with a 65" 4K Smart TV. Outside, the pool area offers a covered terrace with a large dining table, BBQ, lounge chairs, and a comfortable outdoor lounge. From here and from each room, you have direct access to the pool, lounge chairs, and a sublime sunbed, creating a charming and unique privacy.
Detached Suite (Casa Duna Grande):
Walking past the pool and offering additional privacy, you arrive at the separate family suite that has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One bedroom features a king-size bed and a custom bed (65" x 33") for a child or young and small teenager, while the other bedroom offers 2 single beds convertible into a king-size bed (upon request). Both rooms have patio doors offering direct access to the pool.

⚠️ Please note that there is construction in the surrounding area, which may cause occasional noise disturbances—this is common in most neighborhoods in Tamarindo. There is also construction taking place next door; however, noisy work is not performed on weekends or during the Christmas holiday. Additionally, the noisy phase of the project is expected to be completed by February 2026.
*Housekeeping and breakfast services are excluded on Sundays and public holidays. Breakfast is not served on the day of check-out.
**Our villa is designed to accommodate up to 10 adults and 1 child. Our rates are based on an occupancy of 6 people. For groups of 7 to 11, an additional charge of USD 30 per person per night will apply.
