Private home in the heart of the Bywater, recently restored in 2022. This historic house is steps away from neighborhood bars, coffee shops, restaurants and parks. Walking distance from the French Quarter and downtown New Orleans, with easy access to the interstate. With a kitchenette, large bathroom, king-sized bed and the perfect amount of space for two people, this house is perfect for a couple or a solo traveller wanting to comfortably experience New Orleans in style.

The space
The space is totally private, with 12’ tall ceilings, tons of natural light and plenty of room for two adults to make themselves at home. The kitchenette has all of the essentials to cook a nice meal, and the sink has filtered tap water for drinking. The living area is comfortable and quaint, with some of our favorite casual reading books and a record player with a nice assortment of vinyl. The bedroom is cozy yet grand with a king size bed, floor-to-ceiling curtains, Smart TV, and art by local artists on the gallery wall. The bathroom has everything you need with a custom built walk-in shower, large vanity sink and washer/dryer.
