We had a wonderful stay at Ying Ying's place!
Ying Ying is a warm and friendly professional with great knowledge of the area. She truly went out of her way to make sure we arrived safely, that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Ying Ying has a wealth of information about the area and advised us on pretty much everything about living and exploring Vancouver.
She greeted us personally, explained everything about the apartment in detail. The apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
Ying Ying was very easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. She always responded quickly with the answers we needed.
The apartment was cosy and comfortable. A perfect size for a couple. There was lots of storage space and cupboard space for us to put our clothes and suitcases. We stayed in winter and it was always warm enough. I loved that the kitchen was open plan directly looking into the living room and balcony and view. It was also so great to have an in-suite laundry and dryer.
I would highly recommend staying at Ying Ying's place.
Thank you so much Ying Ying for our wonderful stay!
Ying Ying is a very attentive host, and the apartment is really cost its price. Ying Ying has created detailed "Welcome Manual" so you will be oriented quickly in that neighborhood! The location is almost in the heart of downtown Vancouver. All sightseeing places could be accesible on foot: Gastown, Pacific Mall, Art Museum, Robson St, China town, even Stanley Park is not so far (accesing from Davie St.). Undeground parking is very convinient, so from the rainy weather you can get in to home without a rain drop. Car renting companies are located directly across the street, so it very comfortable to rent there. Lot of food stores are also near by. GYM, hot tub, swiming pool are also accesible in the building. The appartment has all you need. We really enjoyed our stay, and will defenitely stay there more! Thank you Ying Ying!
Ying Ying is a fantastic host, really helpful and friendly, she even provided her own guide of things to do in Vancouver and afar and great restaurant recommendations. It was always easy to get in touch with Ying Ying and she really helped to make my stay a lovely one.
I stayed at her 1 bedroom apartment in downtown Vancouver. It's an excellent location, very convenient to the Canada line (straight to the airport in less than 30 min) and all the buses you would need from Granville St. The views from the apartment are beautiful, especially with mountains in the background and the pretty lit up nightscape. It's very comfortable for 2 people to stay and all the facilities were perfect for a long stay away from home with a great kitchen and breakfast bar, efficient washer and dryer, a separate den/study and 4/F gym open til late every day. I didn't get a chance to try out the outdoor pool or hot tub though!
Would definitely recommend Ying Ying and her downtown Vancouver condo. If you do stay there, there's a delicious and very decently priced sushi restaurant called Yamato (just downstairs, across the road from Starbucks) - must try it out!
Ying Ying is a fantastic hostess, and her apartment was perfect for our trip. She was very accommodating, and had many ideas of things to do in Vancouver. The apartment is conveniently located, so it was very easy to get where we needed to go. I highly recommend booking with Ying Ying for your stay in Vancouver.
Ying Ying's apartment is small but has everything you need. The downtown location across the street from Emery Barnes Park is fabulous, with restaurants, bars, night clubs, and public transit right on your doorstep, and the Vancity International Film Festival Theatre right next door. The building's amenities are excellent, with a huge outdoor lap pool and big fitness room, as well as sauna and steam room. The apartment is fully equipped with new appliances, including dishwasher, in-suite laundry, and microwave, and everything you need to make meals. A great view of downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains can be seen from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.
Ying Ying's apartment is ideally situated in the centre of it all, the immediate locality has plenty of bars & restaurants, and it is the perfect location for everything Vancouver and BC has to offer.
The apartment is small, but enough room for 2 people comfortably, and the condo amenities are excellent. It is a modern, secure, clean building in a nice area.
Ying Ying is very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable of what to do, where to go and what's going on. She couldn't do enough for us.
I would recommend a stay here if you're ever passing through Vancouver or staying for longer!

About the Host, Ying Ying
My name is Ying Ying and I was originally born in Singapore. I moved to Canada (Richmond) with my family in 1990 and I love it!
I've been in Vancouver since I moved into my apartment in 2005. Vancouver is a wonderful city and I love sharing things about it to visitors and guests.
I started my own consulting business specializing in travel concierge and event planning/production. I also do social media consulting for individuals and small businesses, helping them figure out what social media means to them and how they can utilize it.
My style statement is Sophisticated Adventure, and that is how I want to live my life. There are many things I love but the #1 thing I would have to say is I love is travel. If I win the lottery tomorrow, the first thing I would do after paying off my bills is to take off on a plane!
I look forward to hosting you at my apartments!
