Welcome to the The Rosé House located in the heart of NOTL. This newly renovated 3100sqft home is the perfect to celebrate a mature Girl's Getaway! Bring your friends/family to enjoy everything NOTL has to offer!

Steps to wineries, the Pedal Pub, golf courses, the lavender farm, Ice Wine Festival, restaurants, shopping, Shaw Festival Theatre and more! Niagara Falls is also within easy reach!

PETS: we welcome 1 dog with the following rules
- Your dog weighs less than 50lbs
- They are house trained
- Can be kept off of furniture and beds
- You can bring your own beds and towels for your dog to use
- You will clean up after any waste in the back, front, side yard


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
• Bdrm 1: one queen bed on the second floor
• Bdrm 2: one queen bed on the second floor
• Bdrm 3: two queen beds on the main level

Guest access
The entire home is for your exclusive use except for the garage. The garage is used for waste management and not available for parking inside.

Other things to note
We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly.

Please note that we do not offer cable TV or provide logins for streaming services. However, the Smart TV is equipped with a variety of streaming apps, and you are welcome to log in using your own accounts.

Please note that the BBQ and outdoor furniture will not be available during late fall and winter between mid October to end of April.

Please note that while there is a gas fireplace in the living room, it is not advertised as an amenity and is not available for guest use. The ice maker in the freezer is also not operational - we do have some ice cube trays but if you need more please plan to buy some from the nearby grocery stores for your ice needs

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping/property maintenance.

Our home is nestled by the lake and surrounded by trees, which means you may occasionally spot local wildlife/pests. We take proactive measures, including regular professional pest control and discreet in-home precautions such as traps, to keep these encounters to a minimum and ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Upon booking all guests will be required to provide the full names of all the guests staying, home address of the person making the booking and the details of all cars that will be parked on the property. This is a requirement of the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property. We have arranged for snow removal. However, we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property. Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
