Guest access
This listing is for apartment #1, which is the first door to your left at the top of the stairs. Entry into the apartment is through the orange door, under the Let's Mochi Donuts sign. You will receive a door code on the day of booking, which will give you access to the orange door and the door to apartment #1.

While we do not ask you to do any specific check out tasks other than collecting your personal items, additional mess/dirtiness/damage requiring extra cleaning and time may incur extra cleaning fees.

PARKING:
**There are no dedicated parking spots as this apartment is on the main street of downtown Delaware**

But, there are plenty of parking options available:

There is a small but free, no time limit parking lot on Spring Street, which is just a few minute walk from the apartment.

There is also free parking from 4pm to 11am on Sandusky Street in front of the apartment.
From 11am to 4pm it is 2 hour parking and you just need to move your car.

There is paid parking around the corner on Spring St and South Franklin St.
It is $0.75 for 3 hours. Parking on Spring and Franklin is free from Friday at 5pm until Monday 8am.
