A cosy and creatively designed apartment located in the heart of the Arts Precinct, surrounded by galleries, theatres and beautiful parklands. Close to the CBD and many of the city’s main attractions, this stylish residence is private and accessible with a luxe hotel vibe plus everything you need to feel right at home. Your stay includes access to a pool, gym, steam room and rooftop with stunning city and bay views.
The space
You have access to the whole apartment, which has a large living/dining area, a separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. It also features a private full-width balcony, galley kitchen with quality amenities including a vintage Gaggia coffee machine, as well as a dedicated workspace and convenient hidden laundry. There’s also a pool, gym and steam room on the ground floor of the building and a rooftop garden with city and bay views, barbecues and communal seating.
Immerse yourself in the thoughtfully designed interior with artworks created by your host, a collection of unique objects and a library of books about the city we love. Cook yourself a meal with ingredients from South Melbourne Market or one of the two conveniently located supermarkets.

The Guild is an architecturally designed apartment building with an indoor and outdoor art gallery and great little cafe on the ground floor. The local neighbourhood is attractive and easy to explore and includes several major cultural attractions including the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), Melbourne Arts Centre, Melbourne Recital Centre, the Malthouse Theatre and the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA). Our apartment is also located close to the Yarra River (Birrarung), the historic Melbourne Botanic Gardens, Sidney Myer Music Bowl and Shrine of Remembrance. Great dining and entertainment can be found at Southbank, or cross the river to explore the vibrant city centre and sports precinct including Federation Square and the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground. Nearby South Melbourne features more great attractions including the vibrant South Melbourne Market.
Public transport includes the #1 tram at your door, which can take you into the city and northern suburbs or to South Melbourne beach. There are many more tram and train routes on nearby St Kilda Road and the iconic Flinders Street Railway Station.
