Parking for 3 cars only on paved driveway – no RVs or street parking

No BBQ use after Sept 30 (due to bears and snow) BBQ will need propane. You can refill it in town.

No outdoor music allowed

No outdoor gatherings past 8:30 PM – quiet hours strictly enforced

This home is about 1/2 mile from the highway on Old County Road, so access is easy.

This is a very popular neighborhood with many local families.

The house backs to the forest, so it's real easy to go for a trek in the woods.

Other things to note
Ski Lease is available from December to April.

For any item left behind there is a $100 dollar return fee. Please collect all your items.


DIRECTIONS: Hwy 89 past Tahoe City when you pass 7-11 you will start to go down hill turn left at Old County before the hill ends. The house is on the left and the numbers for the house are on the garbage bend.
