Beautiful three story, 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath condo overlooking the pool and beach on stunning Playa Ballenas beach, Las Terrenas, private beach residence, Bonita Village. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, sailing club, Atv rentals and more. Gorgeous beaches just steps from your back patio. Enjoy a relaxing stay at our fully furnished condo with fully equipped kitchen, living room, spacious patio, two balconies, and stunning beach/pool/river views. The space
The condo is located in gated private community with round the clock security. The condo provides three bedrooms and three and a half baths , on three floors, for your family to spread out and enjoy your stay. The master bedroom has a queen and twin bed with private en-suite bathroom and private third floor balcony. The second master bedroom provides a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and private second floor balcony. The third bedroom has a twin bed and bunk bed with queen on the bottom and twin on the top as well as a en-suite bathroom for your privacy. All bedrooms have an AC unit and gorgeous views!

Downstairs is a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a half bathroom. There is a smart TV with cable and connected wifi. WIFI is provided throughout the home. The living room opens up to the outdoor beautiful patio with amazing views for you to relax. There is a gas grill on the patio as well as a nice outdoor dining area.

The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your own meals or you can have our housekeeper cook you meals upon request for an additional fee.

Guest access
This beautiful condo has three floors with bedrooms on the second and third floors which allows for quite and privacy for each bedroom. Guests have access to a beautiful pool with shallow end for little ones. There is also an outdoor shower near the pool for when you come back from the beach.
